Winter in Japan - Part 3

Day 3.
Kyoto here we come.

We started our journey from Nippombashi station straight to Gion-Shijo.
We decided to walk from Gion street to Nikishi Market - if you are wondering is it walkable or not. It is walkable but hahaa.. quite a journey as well maybe 20 minute walks.

Here in Gion street.

I don't really adore Gion as the scenery is quite the same, but well most of blogs recommended it so I just have to tick it since in Kyoto.

On our way to Nikishi market we found this street, so pretty. If only it's spring with sakura blooming.

Here at Nikishi market.

Nikishi market offer tonne of foods,

Here some of foods that I wont be able to resist.

They said when in Japan you at least have to try match ice cream once!
We left Nikishi market from Karasuma station to Arashiyama through Hankyu Line.If you are wondering doesnt really matter which station you are in Arashiyama etc randen-saga station it's just nearby each other.

Beautiful Arashiyama station, love it.

From Arashiyama station, we walked straight and passed by this bridge

Splendid view of Arashiyama.

and before you head up to bamboo forest on the right you'll see this Kimono forest which actually at randen-saga station. It's just a short walk of kimono garden, but since you are there have a look on it.

The bamboo forest, we were not so much art people who can amazing picture.
but bamboo forest (/)

Dinner at  Arashiyama.

Lets called it a day.
