Busan-Gwangju Part 1

This time around we decided to take TAXI from airport to avoid the hassle bringing along our luggage to the nearest subway station. A little note,  make sure you have your address in Korean words / hangul? easier for the taxi driver to navigate since you wont be able to communicate at with them unless you can speak Korean off course.

We stayed at Open☆Ray house2 @KTX Stn#1 Cruise booked through Air BNB - such a great location whereby only a minute walk to the nearest Subway station (Busan station).
After 6hours of flight we were pretty exhausted but hungry! hahaaa.. So we decided to walk around Gukje Market - BIFF Market for LUNCH.

Entrance of BIFF Square.
#Howdoyougothere?
Alight at Jagalchi Station - Line 1, Exit 7. Go 30m on your left a lot of red/silver umbrella. You reach your destination.

My favourite Tteokbokki and fried nakgi and missing in picture is Odeng(fish cake).

This two ahjuhmoni sells the best Tteokbokki so far. I kept on coming back to their stall ever since my last trip last year :p

 So clean!

Staircase to Yongdusan park! Well I cant really direct how to go there cause I myself found us lost on our way there hahaa.. Maybe because on my last trip I used difference entrance to Yongdusan park, so when the navigation navigate us here I kind off reluctant too.Lol.

But it is somewhere in the middle of the above flowery alley. Just walk freely, I'm sure you'll find your way.

For dinner we decided to try on Busan best offer, Seafoods. Since it was quite late we decided to go to Indoor Jagalchi market.
You'll found hundreds choices of fresh seafoods clamps , squid, nakgi, fish and abalone! My mom requested for abalone her favourite.

This how the first floor looks like.

This is at the ground floor.

Grill abalone :)

But well I can say it was quite expensive, we bought few type of seafoods for 3 people at 50,000won then they brought us upstairs to the restaurant and handed our seafoods for them to prepare some dishes - but it on separate charges (for the ahjumoni to cook and prepare the side dishes as well). I found it quite expensive to pay for 38,000won just to prepare simple dishes for us anyway.

Next time in town try Bujeon Market, they offer a lots of seafood as well.
